Can anyone help please? I had an IVA which was settled in Sept 2016 But one of the accounts still shows as a default with a balance. The original account was with Everline who were bought out by Ezbob. I believe the parent company is Orange Money & I have written to them at St John St in London but the letter came back. Has anyone else had any experience with this company or have any idea how to contact them to update my record? Would be very grateful for any help!
