Court Claim - Civil Enforcement Limited - Port Of Wells Car Park

I have received a Court Claim from Civil Enforcement Limited regarding parking in the 'Old Lifeboat House' car park in Port of Wells in July 2019.
I have previously received a 'Letter before action' from Civil Enforcement Limited and have not acknowledged the letter in any way based on advice sought from similar forums.
As this was over a year ago I don't have the parking ticket available but am positive I have paid. They have not provided any evidence just an arrival and departure time and vehicle registration.
The claim amount is £182, though including the court fee and legal representative costs the total amount is now £275
What would be the best steps forward?
Many thanks in advance!

usergrod said:The issue date is the 1st October 2020With a Claim Issue Date of 1st October, you have until Tuesday 20th October to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 6th October, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 3rd November 2020 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.3

Silly move to ignore the PCN and LBC. Those forums are NOT similar to this one if that's the rubbish they are saying!
When you got the PCN, it could have been cancelled in hours, by complaint to the landowner/retailer or appealed as keeper and won at POPLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
