Surely a bit late to be pursuing RHE now, who account for almost 40% of the total? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

The Flow customers were sold to Octopus and then the Co-Op contracted with Octopus to run their customer services etc. so it is questionable how able Co-Op will be to cover the debts of Flow and themselves...0

Apparently there were 17 further suppliers who have either paid late or have given OFGEM "assurances" - love to know who they were !!0

At least one of the seven named companies has indicated to OFGEM that they are unable to provide an assurance that these liabilities will be paid! And yet they are still allowed to take on new business in the meantime!!What sort of protection is that for consumers?Oh yes I know, the consumer will be transferred to a new provider ............. but that is such a pain and inconvenience after you have done your homework and made your choice to go with a particular provider, not to mention the cost of going on top a more expensive tariff than you were planning for.Why does OFGEM simply not make an order for such non compliant companies to desist from taking on new business until the liability is paid or a licence revocation notice put in place?0
