So it needs to be received by the court and them before 4pm tomorrow. I presume you have an email to file if all by?
Did you get their WS? Contract to run the site included? Have they redacted anything critical you needed to see to show it is a valid contract or not?
Dont do the second sentence until youve filed the WS AND Exhibits. What exhibits are you filing? Usually a fair few
WE do not have time to review your submission so you'll just have to hope its ok. Did you base it on the example in the newbies thread?

Think about it, if they were sure they would win, why reduce by half.

Play the game, continue as normal.   CEL have form for chickening out at the last minute and discontinue.
So they lose £25, that's cheaper for them than paying your costs when you win

Don't miss any of your deadlines. It's the main game that CEL play - judgments in default in their favour when defendants don't jump every hurdle and on time. If that happens, you are in for considerable pain to try to resolve it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have not received a WS from CEL. My hearing is 2:30pm Friday 5th Feb so I'm not sure if the 14 day is today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday) I wanted to wait until the last minute to serve them mine so I can see what they have but they have not yet served me anything other than the email I posted, I am emailing them mine now just in case. I have recent images of the car park shoeing there is no signage due to Flipout no longer using their services but I was too late to get images of the signs that I assume would have been there at the time. I have mostly copied the WS from the newbies thread but edited it to suit.

It's tomorrow.  Don't you want us to look at your WS for critique and help before you email it?

They are talking rubbish about incurring costs.  They can't have those spurious costs unless you act unreasonably.  Defending a claim is not being unreasonable.  They lied.

For this have you looked on Google street view?
  • I checked Google images but the images are from late last year so theres no signage as flipout got rid of CEL shortly after the incedent mid 2019.

I sent my WS to the courts and CEL on time but have had no WS from CEL. The deadline was Friday, what do you guys suggest would be the best course of action? I intend to phone the court as soon as they open Monday morning to see if they had sent anything to the court.

dont bother phoning the court, it will achieve nothing
There is no "course of action" at this stage, just await their discontinuance
