Sandisk usb drive not being seen by computer.

I bought a pack of 3 Sandisk cruzer glide 32GB. Last night I backed up around 15gig of files onto one, all was good. Today I made a digital download recovery key for my pc and same for laptop, again all good.
Retuned to the one I backed up last night and neither pc or laptop can now see the drive, any ideas as to what's going on? The other two appear to be functioning as normal.

While it is plugged in, right click on the Start button and click 'Disk Management' - does it appear there?0

Yes, it does. I've managed to format the drive and all ppears ok now.
