Outstanding sponsorship
I am involved with a local charity rugby team. A company has agreed to sponsor the team and the money was to be used to pay for a playing kit. The kit has been supplied but the sponsor still hasn't paid us so we don't have the money to pay the kit supplier. What are our options as the supplier is becoming very impatient. This has gone on for nearly 1 year.

have you spoken to the company who said they would sponsor you? What's their response? Of course, even if they were in a position to pay for the kit a year ago, the last six months may have put paid to that - was there some reason this wasn't pursued much much earlier?
Ultimately, if the club placed the order, the club will have to find the funds to pay for it. Would it be unreasonable to ask individual players to buy their own kit?Signature removed for peace of mind1
