I ordered and paid for sofa, Arm Chair and footstool in February 20. Kept getting told it would be delivered. Now told it has been cancelled. Will I get my money. By law do they have to give it me back? I paid cash or £1800. What do I have to do.?

As they've gone into administration, you may not get anything back.
You're going to have to make a nuisance of yourself and see what you can get. As you paid cash, you have no other routes.

If you'd paid by credit card or finance you would have had other options but a cash sale? I fear you may be waiting a while whilst the administrators sort things out.0

Do I have to keep contacting Harvey's? Or do I get help somewhere else?0

Who else were you thinking of? Harveys and their administrators are the ones who have your money.0

Keep contacting wont help .You put a claim in to the Administrators then wait until they pull in all the money owed to Harveys .Once that is done they will pay out secured creditors then unsecured creditors .You may get none some or all at present no way of knowing .Citizens Advice can tell you how administration works .

I am sorry, I can offer you no crumbs of comfort. You are now a creditor of the company and will receive a share of whatever money is available after the preferential creditors have been paid.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
