Yorkshire Building Society new account

I opened a new internet saver account with Yorkshire BS last week and apparently should have had my welcome letter with customer number within 3-5 bank working days. It has now been 7 days and without it I cannot access the account online to see if my transfers have gone through. On perpetual hold on phone too. Anyone had similar?

Can't remember how long I had to wait when I first opened an account with them, although I won't transfer any more than a token amount of money to an account until I have full access to it
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
