Well, the problem is still ongoing. Eventually got through on the phone last Friday (27th Nov) after a 25 minutes wait. The lady who answered was on Premuim Bonds so had to transfer me to someone else. The guy was able to close my Direct Savings Account, though I haven't checked my current account yet to see if the money has landed. When he tried to close my Income Bond account, he got the exact same error message as me - An Error Has Occurred. So I am now waiting for a techie to call me. I will never deal with these people again. Easy Access NOT.0

Yes same for me I tried to use a different browser but it still failed to send me a phone call and has now said my online and phone account has been suspended and I need to download and fill out a form to send it to them to get my access re-instated. Dreadful Dreadful organization wish I had never bothered.

I've just withdrawn my Income Bonds monies - some to PBs (can see that done) and the rest to my current account - not received yet but it's only been 20 minutes. The other week I 'failed' to answer my security questions correctly (aye, right!) so had to wait for a new temporary password which came today.0

The earliest your money will be in your current account is sometime tomorrow afternoon (if less than £50k), or may be Thursday (if > £50k). This normal. Yes, and that's OK. I wasn't complaining, just commenting.
