Eden Project refunds during covid?

We had a holiday booked for my whole family, one day of which we had booked to spend at the Eden project. Our holiday booking has had to be cancelled due to corona restrictions, but Eden project have said they won’t refund, only extend our tickets to an annual pass (which we won’t be able to use unless we magically end up on the cancelled holiday) Is there anything that can be done about this or do we have to suck up a large loss?

Was the Eden project open at the time? If so, you're not entitled to anything - so their offer is more than they have to give you.0

If they were open and you didn’t go then it’s not their fault.
i don’t think there is anything you can do except ask for a transfereable voucher that you could then sell on, or try to take it later.

Annual pass seems a reasonable goodwill gesture.
When's your holiday booked for?0
