Expediting a Land Reg app - Template

To expedite a HM Land Registry application. 

Anyone know of any Templates to request a expedite.

usually the solicitor does it on their online account and it will depend if there is something that is holding up things like an onward purchase / hardship whether it can be expedited

But doing the application privately and been told there are delays due to Covid.

I have only ever used a solicitor to expedite applications.. post this to the LR on here who will tell you

Have you tried following the advice on the LR's website?

"3.2 How to expedite an application

Conveyancers can request an application to be expedited using Application Enquiry in the HM Land Registry portal. You must attach evidence to show why the application is urgent. We will process the application sooner if we approve the request. Use our contact form to send us a message if you do not have access to the portal."
