Credit Card details disappeared after DRO notification

As the title says, I checked my bank account this morning and the credit card (Lloyds Bank) which was part of my DRO has disappeared off of my account. Is this normal? I don't have access to it at all, it's gone! Is this part of the DRO process? Is this normal if a card is 'frozen'? My DRO was accepted a couple of days ago.

Do you mean your online account? Then yes, you will have no further access to it.

It should be still on your credit report which is what I thought you meant at first.

Thank you! Yes, on my online bank account rather than the report. Have no problem not having access of course if it's all gone through and accepted by Lloyds. I'll check the report in a bit
