Morning all I can't for the life of me get on to the newbies page could someone post a link please?
I have a phone hearing at the end of the month after reading some threads is it still upto date to write a cover letter ect.? If so could anyone post a link to that discussion please or shall I just go ahead and send my ws and evidence?

Just received BWs ws (68 pages long) , skeleton, and scheduled costs totalling over 800 quid for one ticket!! Im panicking abit now. They are not attending and will have an advocate.
I'm worried about the costs and how much they are and how much they go on about cross examining me on alot of points they deem to be cut and pasted from money saving expert 😅 is this normal please? the total costs that is?0 -
It’s normal and they can’t have those costs unless you act unreasonably, such as failing to send your WS and evidence or not turning up to the phone hearing. Neither will happen.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
