Outrageous. As PhilWebb777 says it is a clear breach of contract. I only bought an annual pass last week on the understanding that the minimum order was £25. Customer services are useless, just saying that they have notified all customers - well they didn't notify me or warn me and even so it still seems to be in breach of their published terms and conditions.0
