Morrisons changes to minimum order for delivery and terms.
I placed an order for delivery on the 6th Oct using my midweek delivery pass. This was accepted for £25+ but when I went in to view the order I was informed that I needed to increase the order to £40 before I could proceed. Can they just introduce new terms after accepting the original order.
Twice i have been told by customer service that if i request the delivery driver to transfer the delivery into my bags at the door (as I believe you can specify with another supermarket) then the bags would be removed from the invoice. This has not happened without me ringing customer service on the last two orders.
I have attempted to obtain clarification but have not been successful. My attempts to email the CEO David Potts at 3 different email addresses have resulted in refusal to accept by the addresses, not because they were incorrectly addressed.

I have a delivery pass with Morrisons, even though the organic food range is dwindling. They did put minimum order down to £25 but yes it has gone up to £40. I think it's probably an attempt to get people doing small shops to go in-store. Christmas is coming and Ocado is out of mince pies already.0

That’s annoying. If the minimum order is now £40 I will use waitrose.0

Morrisons Delivery Pass contract clearly states that they will give 28 days notice of any change to conditions or benefits, and those changes will only take effect at the renewal of the Delivery Pass. It seems upping the minimum buy from £25 to £40 is a clear breach of contract if those two things have not been fulfilled.

Ooh, I didn't know Waitrose's minimum order had gone down - that's great news; I've been using Morrisons recently, but they're completely useless.0

I don't have a delivery pass, but my recent Morissions order only had a minimum of £250
