    Why would they choose to arrive and have no accommodation?
    Are they still wanting to fly? If so OTB could find them alternative accommodation.
    OTB can't find them accommodation. They say there is nothing on the Island available remotely close to the accommodation they paid for. Initially they set them up with another hotel but that too cancelled and closed down. Initially they were booked for September but my daughter fell pregnant and could not fly so early in the pregnancy. OTB gave them this alternative date [next week] and charged them an extra £250 just to change the date, But both available hotels have since fallen through with no replacement on offer. They are saying they have already paid Ryanair but their website bump states  'OTB is also the only listed UK travel business that operates a fully ringfenced customer trust account in which customer funds are held until the point of travel.;
    I find that rather strange,

    That's good in a sense.  Because it means they are definitely cancelling the holiday and therefore owe a refund as per the regulations.
