Hi All, I've searched high and low for past examples but unable to find any threads of small extensions so I'll ask here.

I'm looking to extend the rear of our kitchen by 1m to line up with the other side of the house where the living room is.

What sort of costs would I be looking at for a 1m x 3.5m single storey brick extension, leaving a plastered shell and BiFolds fitted, and new pitched roof measuring 4m x 3.5m to cover extension and existing kitchen? In my head I was thinking circa £10k for the building work and £3.5k for the Bifolds but it would be useful to get opinions. I'm reluctant to get in actual quotes until I know I have enough of a budget to actually proceed.
