NHS Pension charges admin fees to manage employee pensions. They are expected to keep all records of current and previous contributors info up to date.
Can OP ask all his records under FOI ? or is there a time line ?

Can OP ask all his records under FOI ? or is there a time line ?You think there's a duty to maintain 40 year old no liability records - got a reference for that...? Because this is the situation from the scheme administrator's point of view - if there is no current record of disputed service, then the default assumption will be, no liability (how could it be otherwise? Any old chancer could come along and claim a pension!).If this was the typical private sector DB scheme which has been on the third party administration circuit for a bit, there would be a good chance of no refund records from 10 years ago still around, let alone 40.1
