bank park parking fine

received  a fine for 60 from above ignored this as was advised  been threatened by ZZP and now QDR really worried  ahould I pay anyone  any ideas

    Go back to the person that advised you not to pay initially.

    Dear OP
    It's append but please do not ever ignore letters/fines etc again. We always worry when parking in a new place look at signs and at times feel the car park wants to trip you up, not referring to this group you mention.
    Read carefully the signs and if you are unsure don't park there.
    I've heard of a story on the news when someon drove into a car park, not parked and drove out and was fined for not paying. I guess they had a point that the driver dropped someone off but IMO their signs should have been more clear.
    The person that "advised" you, what is their advise now?

    Don't pay, ignore debt collectors but don't do nothing. Try the parking section.
