What are the real possibilities on renting a private property

Due to their poor reputation many landlords are reluctant the take on a single mum with a child especially if they are not in full time employment.
I would write a letter explaining your situation and make sure the agents give a copy to landlords who are on their books, explain you can move immediately and have a good guarantor plus deposit, you may get lucky.1 -

I can see that after receiving the share of the divorce then I wont really have any help. so by then I hope to be in full time employment so i can think on getting something like share ownership house. Thanks again!
