What is a (DOE) property certificate and how long do they take to get.
I have been in the process of buying & selling since Feb .I believe my end of my property is all completed apart from a management fee receipt is needed as that was only paid on Monday. My seller has advised they are waiting on the DOE certificate to come back but not sure how long that take, then we can set a date for completion. Has anyone got any information what this is? and are they currently being held up to the mini Lockdowns that are happening and due to happen in Northern Ireland.
