How do I find engineer code for Menvier TS900

I'm hoping somebody can point me in the right direction please? Moved into our current home which has the Menvier TS900 bells only alarm system. We can't find any paperwork, except the log book/user code, (but can download the user manual if need be) it works fine but recently says service due. Rang round security firms for quotes, chose one who are due to come out to service but they asked if we have the engineer code. Rang the original company who installed the system and did all services up until 2017 according to the log book and they want a ridiculous amount to provide this. Will the new company be able to service our alarm without the engineer code or am I wasting my time getting them in?  Many thanks in advance.
