It seems really unfair to not give you some heads up as to who's on the end of the line to me! Are you just meant to answer all your calls that morning with the phrase of the day?Make £2026 in 2026 total £333.01/£20260

Yep, if that's the rules of the game; remember, it's up to the promoter to set the rules and up to the contestant to abide by them, don't enter if you don't like. Real problem is when you enter 4 radio comps a day when two of them want you to answer the phone with a phrase or an amount, two don't, they can call at overlapping times and the caller ids usually come up as BLOCKED or UNKNOWN. Part of the fun? (Maybe where my nervous twitch comes from......)MoonChild91 said:It seems really unfair to not give you some heads up as to who's on the end of the line to me! Wow that's awkward! Personally my work always calls me from a blocked or unknown number, but so many other places do too - imagine if you answered your GP with the phrase of the day

That's me unfortunately!Bridger12 said:Hi Ooky. I have just now watched the 1/10/20 this morning on itv hub. Holly and Phil first caller on the spin to win was a lady, she said Hello and not the phrase Hi de Hi. Phil said lady’s name as ‘Sorry Jenna’. Next called was guy called James and he said phrase and won £750. Sorry if you were the first one called Jenna, I have been trying for months, at least they do actually ring real people.Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things. :rotfl:0 -
i guess you could buy a cheap pay-as-you-go phone and use it just for comps?
