I am executor and sole beneficiary of my late husbands estate. The deeds have no survivorship clause, so I have put half the (estimated) value of the house in the Inventory. There is an outstanding mortgage, which was in joint names and is now in my sole name...Can i put half the outstanding mortgage amount on the inventory (box 13)?
