    What do you mean you will add the AOS date?   You don't put it in your defence.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    @nosferatu1001 asked:
    1) issue date of claim form
    2) the date you filed your aos

    use MCOL to find out 2)

    Are you going to answer?
  • That's good to hear, what would the next stage be, just to wait for a response?

    Claim form issued 19th November 2020

    Acknowledgement of Service sent 30th November 2020

    Revised paragraphs:

    2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question, but liability is denied. The defendant is unsure of who was driving the vehicle at the time the PCN was issued.

    3. The defendant’s vehicle is registered to park in the spaces in question and is paid for by the named driver of the vehicle. The payment is shown on all the named driver’s monthly payslips at £25 per month since 2016. The right to park is granted from that contract, and the Claimant is not a party to it, their terms are not stated or bolted onto that contract and the Claimant is a third party who cannot vary it, not even by putting signs up.

    Thanks,

    The NEWBIES thread tells you WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' in a section you MUST read.

    You know you don't get a response to the AOS, and to get the defence emailed to the CCBCAQ email in time.  You have a few days only to get that defence in.

    With a Claim Issue Date of 19th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 to file your Defence.
    That's less than a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
    To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
    Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
