Car Tax Refund
A relative has just had a car written off after an accident which was not their fault. They now need to get a refund of the car tax but the V5 was in the car when taken.... They can’t get a refund without the V5 Reference..... Can’t get duplicate V5 as don’t have car in their possession.... any ideas please how to get the refund ?
