Changing from prepay to direct debit
Hi
I'm with boost on a pre pay and a keep getting emails from the energy group saying I can save money but when I try to change I always get a email back saying were not accepting prepay in your area yet.... I don't want to be on pre payment anymore I want to go to direct debit so I get a better deal but how do I change from boost which is only prepay to a company what will accept me and pay monthly
