Very little if anything exciting going on here... bathroom cleaned DW on. Ventured into a drawer in the bathroom and discovered ridiculous amounts of hotel acquired shampoos and soaps. Couldn't bring myself to fling so I am sorted for toiletries for the next few years!
Basa was lovely last night will definitely buy again. Fancy an easy one tonight so having smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast.

Morning all! Weather is dull but not raining yet [ it did overnight] so cracking on with laying sand for the slabs today and painting the posts, black of course, we can't have the pergola letting the goth side down...and we still have half a bucket of the black paint so...We concreted the posts in fully yesterday and it has hardened now so only a hurricane is going to tear those posts out. First time making concrete in a wheelbarrow. I used to watch my father making cement regularly when I was a child, he was always building or fixing something. I had the technique down! Now I'm looking for waterproof material to cover doors with and I still have to make doors or panels or something to keep the rain out.Food wise today, no clue, I like the sound of a corned beef stew but OH doesn't like corned beef so I have to eat it in secret under a blanket in the dark...I might cook some jacket potatoes, apart from that, I'm drawing a complete blank. I do have to make a cake of some kind today for tomorrow for socially distanced visiting but only if the weather co-operates but I have a large umbrella in my car so if it isn't windy...a little rain won't hurt.Nanny, thank you , it's better, I don't need the stick today
How are your aches doing? Enjoy the stew! Hester, blimey, that's a lot to sort out for your daughter! Wallow in the hot water! AOD, congrats on the bird training! Nelski good to know the mop is a valued addition
Gers, the photo album sounded lovely until you got to the end...hpe your mouth is improving quickly! \Scarlet, between you and nanny, you have the comfort food sortred
And hello to the readers along, hope everyone is adhering to the BeeGees song, trooping on Tuesday!
