I went to Shahi Masala on the 25 August to collect my order. I have now received a parking fine because I stayed 12 minutes without pay and display. I had no idea that i had to pay to simply park there for short time to collect my order. I am appealing it and would appreciate any help in getting this fine cancelled as it is unfair.

It's not a fine , it's a Parking charge notice , an invoice

Was it a windscreen ticket or a postal notice

Name the parking company that issued the PCN

This is not a fine, this is an invoice from a scammer, possible an ex-clamper for compensation for the damage they allege they suffered as a reslt of your dastedly behaviour. Pay them not a penny unless a judge orders you to.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and darfts have beenopened for publc consulatation,

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, under new legislation but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Did you park in their car park?

If so why haven't you complained politely about being a customer of theirs and being scammed by their parking company?
