Prize:

• 3 nights accommodation for two at one of Trecombe Lakes Pods, Cornwall sharing an eco-pod with en-suite bathroom including a decking area with seating, BBQ and your very own fire pit on a self-catered basis 
• Overnight accommodation for two at Bedruthan Hotel & breakfast for two at the hotel restaurant
• Fully inclusive Renault Zoe EV car hire for duration of trip 
• £100 spending money
• Must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
  

15.1    The Winner will have third party insurance cover while loaning the Vehicle but shall be responsible for any damage or costs that are not covered by such third-party insurance. The Renault Zoe car loan is subject to the Winner carrying out a license check as instructed by Renault UK Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall not be entitled to receive the Renault Zoe loan element of the Prize if the Winner has 6 or more points on their license or has been subject to any driving conviction and/or disqualification within the last 3 years. 

15.2    The Renault Zoe loan is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of Renault UK Limited’s vehicle loan agreement, which will be shared with the Winner prior to the vehicle handover. In the event that the Winner refuses to accept the vehicle loan agreement terms, the Winner shall not be entitled to receive the Renault Zoe loan aspect of the Prize, and no further compensation will be provided to the Winner.

15.3    To qualify for the Renault Zoe loan the winner must be between the age of 20-75 and have held a valid a driving license for over 3 years.

15.4    The winner will be required to choose whether the Vehicle is delivered:

I.    to theTrecomb Lakes Pod a day prior to the hotel booking date. The Winner will then be able to use the Vehicle while on the trip. The Winner will be required to return the Vehicle to the Bedruthan Hotel on the date of checkout; OR 

II.    to the Winner’s home address a day prior to the hotel booking date. The Winner will be able to drive to the Trecomb Lakes Pod and make use of the Vehicle during the trip. The Vehicle must be driven back to the Winner’s home address the day after the end booking date, and be ready for collection. 

15.5    The Winner shall be responsible for arranging suitable car seats for any passengers. 

15.6    The Prize does not include charging costs, travel insurance, spending money or tax. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Renault Zoe car loan are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
