while on furlough I was paid the 80% which included 3 days at Easter which should have been holidays.
Last week my employer paid me the other 20% to use up these holidays. Can they do this.

Indeed, I believe it was the correct process that holidays taken during furlough to be paid at 100% so the employer is correcting a wrong.0 -

It is quite reasonable that, at Easter time, the employer was not fully aware of the furlough rules and how they interfaced with holiday rules. An element of understanding seems reasonable in the circumstances.0
