This is not a fine, this is an invoice from a scammer, possible an ex-clamper for compensation for the damage they allege they suffered as a reslt of your dastedly behaviour. Pay them not a penny unless a judge orders you to.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,

Either you appeal as keeper and try and win on a technicality because as keeper you may be liable
Or
As stated on the NTK , you name the driver to Care Parking and let them deal with a PCN in their own name
What you do not do is hand yours on to them , because its in your name3 -
Have you read the NEWBIES thread now? The sticky thread tells you what to do.peter120 said:I have been sent a private parking fine. A friend had borrowed my van and parked there am I liable to pay this
Your replies are so short and it looks like you've missed half the forum and the advice thread at the top (DON'T try to read the forum on a phone).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello everyone, I need some advice regarding a private parking notice. I have recently received a charge from Globe Protection Limited for parking in the garage underneath the flats that I live in (it's part of the building where I live). This is the carpark for residents of the flats and there has recently been signs put up from Globe Protection Ltd stating that a permit should be displayed or a fine will be issued. I have enquired to my letting agency about obtaining a permit and paying monthly to park there but was refused on the basis that there can be no more than five cars parked down there( there are consistently more than five, usually nine or ten in fact) and there is no mention of being forbidden to park down there in my tenancy agreement. I also have no idea who actually owns the car park as there has never been any issues of people parking down there without paying until the introduction of permits from Globe Protection Ltd. I have appealed the charge but this has been rejected so I'm unsure what to do now- shall I pay the charge or appeal to the independant body? Thank you0

It's not clear to me why you have tagged this on to an old thread about a Care Parking case at the Grafton Centre in Altrincham when your case is with Globe Protection at your block of flats?
Have you read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky which gives you all the basic information you need, but if you have any questions after that, please start a new thread of your own - see forum thread list for the button.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
