Hi
In order to get a refund for a credit card payment, I have been asked to provide a worldpay reference number for the transaction. Does anyone know what this is and where I can find it please?

Worldpay is a merchant payment processing service, the ref number will be on any receipt you may have, either paper or by email.

Thank you for replying. I suddenly realised I was being thick and they just wanted the payment reference number! I had already supplied this which was why a was a bit confused, but thanks anyway.1
