Hi, not sure where you live but the Belgian Monk in Norwich does very good mussels & chips!

A considerable number of restaurants in Exmouth, Devon as they are found in the Exe estuary and landed on the quayside in the town. You can't get much fresher than that.

I'm not sure tbh. I sat outside when I went there. They were good mussels though.

Oh yes... I forgot to write that I am in London, but now there are places where I would like to get on a trip
