Apologies. PPC is Euro Parking Services. Court date is end of March

and no - I haven't submitted or written anything yet. Covid hit the family hard and I have two kids at home on lockdown. That said, I should not have let this slip.0

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you Nosferatu. The Notice of Hearing Application states that the Claimant must submit 8 items to the court (and me) within 5 days of the hearing. There is nothing to say what the Defendant must submit - so thank you for your post. Thus far I have received nothing from the Claimant other than a confirmation that they know my address, and a threatening letter from a debt collecting agency. I suppose they leave it to the last minute as a matter of course?0

There is so much on the newbies thread is is mind boggling. Would you be able to steer me to a particular place for the templates that I need please? My defence to the claimed offence incidentally, is unclear/lack of signage, and lack of any notification as they used my old address throughout. Thank you.0

Your keyboard will steer you because you can search any thread by using 'control & f' and the word 'CCJ' would be your search term if you want to read some worked examples of CCJ set asides that have been completed.
Not sure what stage you are now at, but if you want the template defence you click on the sticky thread called 'template defence'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

C-M - from what I can tell the OP has had their set aside granted, howevr they said "appeal" when that is of course not the right word to use.
OP - you as above, search the newbies thread using crtl-f, and file your WS and exhibits this week, becauswe youve not tolds us your hearing datye so we're just guessing, but you said March, and you've wasted yet another week.
Get on this.

I am putting together photo evidence of the site and notice that there is now another sign that was not in place when the incident took place two and a half years years ago. This would suggest to me that they are preparing to cover themselves, or have lost before and are trying to win in future. As mentioned above I had never received anything from the PPC at all, and have been working from an email from the CCBC as to what I am being accused of and when. There is the 100GBP PCN plus 60GBP for contractural costs plus ever accruing interest. As they confirmed knowledge of my address last autumn should they not have sent me a copy of all the paperwork?0
