Double booking for holiday let - where do I stand?

    It was definitely a booking confirmation - and the later processed between the agent and us were as if it were booked - even received a text on the (would have been) departure date to say they hoped we enjoyed the holiday. However, the process between the agent and owner appears to be 'provisional'. Hope that makes sense.
