Thanks for helpful replies to my post ,it has become clearer this week that you have to be actually working to claim the third grant. I normally work in the theatre industry so as there is no prospect of work soon and no third grant due will have to do something else to earn money . I assume i won t be able to claim working tax credit either as they still paid it while the furlough scheme and first seiss  scheme were running .

The last information on working tax credit was that the hours requirement was regarded as fulfilled up to the end of CJRS, 31 October 2020. However, you have to tell them if you cease trading. See
