The prize:

The winner and guest can choose one of two three-night wellness retreats offered by Grantley Hall, the state-of-the-art spa hotel near Ripon, North Yorkshire. The Discovery Retreat focuses on mental and physical wellbeing, and includes daily yoga or Pilates lessons, three spa treatments, a shinrin-yoku walk and a mindfulness workshop. On a Kickstart Retreat the emphasis is more on fitness. Alongside relaxing spa time, guests will try body-efficient exercise sessions and daily workouts with a personal trainer. Both also include two one-hour health consultations, as well as three nights’ accommodation on a B&B basis.

Opened in July 2019 after a £70 million refurbishment, Grantley Hall is a Relais & Châteaux hotel with three restaurants, a large spa and a gym that wouldn’t look out of place at a Premier League football club.

The prize must be taken before September 19, 2021, subject to availability and excluding December 20 to January 3, February 12 to 15 and public holidays.
