I got a fine of £100 for overstaying my welcome at coop in chipping Norton! I had left my sidelights on and my battery died! I had to wait for a friend to come and jump start me, taking me over the time limit!! My appeal has been rejected as apparently I should have reported it!! I DID report it to staff in coop, this has been denied!! I am furious!! Help!!?

his is not a fine, this is an invoice from a scammer, possible an ex-clamper for compensation for the damage they allege they suffered as a reslt of your dastedly behaviour. Pay them not a penny unless a judge orders you to.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,

Follow plan A , complain to the CEO of the co-op , get it cancelled at source

No-one sensible pays these extortionate fake fines.  But you don't ignore them either.
