Dedicated email address/contact number for BG please (customers transferring from Ebico/Robin Hood)

I am an Ebico customer.  I can see BG tried to email but can only see the header.  None of the content/attachments.
I need to contact BG to ask them to resend to an updated email address so I can see what their offer is so can make informed decision to move or not.  Ebico account setup to correspond all by email so hence not received the BG (blocked!).
Please can ex Ebico/RObin Hood customers, would you be so kind to post the contact tel number and email if there is not.  If you do not wish to post, can you message me.  All new this forum so hopefully, not techie.

You should get a letter from BG in due course stating their offer.
If you do, don't bother trying to use the text message or automated phone system to accept the offer, because at present they don't recognise the original RHE 9 digit account numbers. I had to do it manually by phoning and selection option 2, which was simple enough.

Unfortunately no letter or email.  Well an email was sent (account with Ebico setup to receive email correspondence only) but as they had old work email address, which cant access, having difficulty getting in touch for another "welcome to BG" to come through so have no idea what the offer is.

 Got my offer email, its good, less per kwh and cheaper standing charge on both gas and leccey
