I had been to the Hospital in March this year and parked in the Leengate car park Nottingham. This was on 6th March I have just recieved a letter yesterday saying I haven't paid a parking ticket which was fixed to my screen. On returning to my car there wasn't anything stuck to my windscreen. Should I pay this or contest it.

No-one sensible pays these extortionate fake fines.  But you don't ignore them either.

What do you need to know that wasn't already answered when you read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
