Weren't the IAS touting their Scotland appeals route to any and all PPCs sometime before POPLA offered a similar option? My way-back brain creaking on this though; someone else might be able to confirm? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Maybe they're using up some old paperwork as POPLA became available on 1st May 2019, (IAS before then), according to their own website:-Umkomaas said:Weren't the IAS touting their Scotland appeals route to any and all PPCs sometime before POPLA offered a similar option?
