Unable to cancel Sky subscription

Help needed please...my elderly uncle has severe alzheimer's with my auntie as his carer. They are currently paying over £100 a month for Sky and have been trying for months to cancel this as they do not get the benefit of plus can no longer afford it but as the contract is in my uncle's name Sky will not cancel this. Sky wanted the password from my auntie but as it was always her husband who dealt with things she doesn't know this and he is in no fit state. Is there anything that can be done about this.
