Hi Westin, as per my previous post, the Thai Government are not allowing foreigners into the country hence why flight was cancelled so not just a case of getting an alternative flight.
We would still very much like to travel but no longer our choice I'm afraid. The TA has only paid for the flights with our deposit so they will receive a full refund.
We had a long talk with the TA yesterday and have been given some options but as per Citizens Advice Bureau we would be entitled to a full refund of deposit if we wanted to go down that route.
