Different energy renewal choices from same supplier

My fixed energy deal (dual G/E) comes to an end and the supplier has just sent me an email with an offer for a new fixed tariff, say T1. On their website I find another fixed tariff (T2) which is actually slightly cheaper than T1 (mustn't grumble). On a comparison website I find a third fixed tariff (T3) from them that is a) not listed on their website and b) even cheaper than T1 or T2 (trying hard not to grumble). Is that normal practice? If no, what is the best route re a complaint? Probably only via the supplier?

    Normal practise

You may even find better options if you choice different suppliers for your gas and electric.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

It's the same semi-scam that insurers used, new customers were quoted lower rates than renewing customers.  Loyalty never pays.

It seems you're right re loyalty. Well, they've lost a customer.
    Thanks for the responses.

If the total cost was better than from any other company then you could probably beat them at their own game by accepting T3 !
