Marcus savings lowering interest rate to 0.7%

Just had email that states Marcus savings are lowering rates to 0.7% from 12th October.
I have Just had a quick search and Coventry building society are paying 1.1% (max 2 penalty free withdrawals per year)
Do you think this is worth the plunge or will they follow suit and lower their rates too.
Thoughts please.
