Lenovo T450 not booting - Fan error

Much obliged to You Neil. That is very useful information and will help me with helping some that I unofficially support in work .
Also learned the shortcut to the RUN command.
I've screenshot the MS Info for my laptop and put it in an email in any event it is needed and I, for any reason, cannot access it.

Edit to add, my BIOS is out of date, it is version 1.32 whereas there is a downloadable version 1.36 available, the current version 1.37.
A job I will attempt once I have read further up on it, there are support pages that can be read from here
