Hi im hoping someone can help me with my current situation.
Our holiday was cancelled back in March 2020,we booked with Lastminute.com.A refund was offered to everyone as i can gather,in the form of a voucher refund with the option of exchaninging the voucher for the cash equivalent at a later date.I would like to exchange the voucher but i can't get hold of anyone at Lm.com via any media at all.Has anyone managed to speak to anyone or claimed their voucher exchange.....any help or advce would be great.
