    But you still have to take an annuity with a 50% spouse pension, even if you aren't married.


    .........isn't it great to see the Government moving pensions legislation forward into the 19th century !!!!!!!!!!!

    By the time my Great Great Great Great Grandchildren retire they might actually have pension legislation that is relevant and up to date :eek:
