    This from their website -
"Normally, all returns are collected by our charity partner and the pick up is free of charge. These collections are currently suspended as a protective measure due to the Covid-19 pandemic".

According to the terms and conditions on their website, all mattress returns are donated to charity, so its the charity they donate to who collect from you, and at present collections are suspended due to covid -19.
    They advise -

"These collections are currently suspended as a protective measure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As we are unable to arrange for our charity partner to collect, we then must use a third party service that charges a collection fee of £35. If you are unable to wait for our Charity Partners to commence trading we will still collect the mattress from you and we would then deduct this amount from the refund processed to you".

As regards your payments and the finance, i suggest you contact Nectar -
